Sports organization ESPN just announced they are suspending sports analyst Jemele Hill for two weeks. The decision comes after Hill's tweet last night regarding Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Jones declared that any Cowboys player who kneeled during the anthem would be benched, and Hill suggested that people who disagree with this stance should take to boycotting Cowboys advertisers.

ESPN's statement on Hill expressed, "all employees were reminded of how individual tweets may reflect negatively on ESPN and that such actions may have consequence,"

Hill has been making a lot of headlines lately due to her open criticisms of Donald Trump. Just a few weeks ago, the White House called on ESPN to fire her. The suspension further proves how high the stakes and risks are for daring to critique the Trump administration.
