Issa real family feud, y’all. A New York judge tossed out a lawsuit filed by Robert S. Trump, the brother of Donald Trump. Robert sought to sue his niece, Mary Trump, to prevent the publication of her new book called Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man.

The Trump family tried to block publication of the tell-all book, described by its publisher Simon & Schuster as “a revelatory, authoritative portrait of Donald J. Trump and the toxic family that made him.” Robert Trump filed for a restraining order against Mary, for violating a non-disclosure agreement listed in the inheritance for Fred Trump.

Queens County Surrogate Court Judge Peter Kelly called the lawsuit “fatally detective” because it was based on the disposition of the estate of Fred Trump, which formally wrapped up in 2001. The judge also stated that the “baseless” request would “suppress a book of utmost public importance”.

Under the scenario presented, it cannot be successfully argued this dispute affects the administration of the decedent’s estate. The irrefutable conclusion is, regardless of the outcome of this matter, the administration of this estate will not be impacted one iota.

Accordingly, the matter is dismissed.

An attorney for Robert Trump shared that they will file a new lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court. According to Business Insider, Mary reportedly reveals in the book that she leaked documents leading to a blockbuster New York Times investigation into the president's finances that revealed he inherited and subsequently squandered much of his wealth from his father.

Mary has some serious tea to spill and we are all the way here for it. The book is scheduled to release on July 28th.
